In moderns philosophy of law, the main starting point has been describing legal subject of the modern law and the description of its moral and legal character. That\u2019s why the issue about it has started with moral field included the question of \u201chow people live together morally\u201d. And this discussion has continued to legal field with the question of \u201chow people live together normatively\u201d. Both discussion is base on the conceptions of the freedom, equality, autonomy, rights and legal and political partipication which are always main principles of both moral and law. From this moment Immanuel Kant\u2019s practical philosophy is of the great significant in terms of the discussion. Because Kant established the main principles of law in moral ground and he discussed on the conceptions of freedom, universality and right in this context. That\u2019s why we attempt to seek the main conceptions of moral and law which were took into consideration by Kant. This attempt will assist us to see modern characters of legal subject and to understand the modern law and politics which has been criticised by contemporary theory of law and politics which also included the criticism of democracy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Keywords: <\/strong> Subject, Individual, Citizenship, Freedom, Equality, Law.<\/p>\n<h1>Moral \u00d6zneden Yurtta\u015fa: Kant\u2019\u0131n Pratik Felsefesinde \u00d6znenin Evrimi<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00d6zet: <\/strong> Bu makalede modern hukuk felsefesinin temel meselelerinden biri olan hukuksal \u00f6zne kavramsalla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na odaklanaca\u011f\u0131z. Modern hukuk felsefesinde, temel ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131 modern hukukun \u00f6znesinin tan\u0131m\u0131 ve onun moral ve hukuksal karakterinin tasviri olmu\u015ftur. Bu nedenle bu konuyla ilgili mesele \u201cinsanlar\u0131n ahlaksal bi\u00e7imde nas\u0131l bir arada ya\u015fayacaklar\u0131\u201d sorusunu i\u00e7eren ahlaksal alanda ba\u015flar ve \u201cinsanlar\u0131n bir arada normatif bi\u00e7imde nas\u0131l ya\u015fayacaklar\u0131\u201d sorusuyla hukuk alan\u0131nda devam eder. Her iki tart\u0131\u015fma da hem ahlak\u0131n hem de hukukun temel ilkeleri olan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, e\u015fitlik, otonomi, haklar ve hukuksal-politik kat\u0131l\u0131m kavramlar\u0131na dayan\u0131r. Bu andan itibaren, Immanuel Kant\u2019\u0131n pratik felsefesi tart\u0131\u015fma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem te\u015fkil etmektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Kant hukukun temel ilkelerini ahlaksal bir temele yerle\u015ftirmi\u015f ve evrensellik, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve hak kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 bu ba\u011flamda tart\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden Kant taraf\u0131ndan ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olan ahlak ve hukukun temel kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 incelemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z.
