justify;\"><strong>Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7<\/strong><br \/>\nBu S\u00f6zle\u015fmeye Taraf Devletler,<br \/>\nBirle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler \u015eart\u0131\u2019n\u0131n temel insan haklar\u0131na, insanl\u0131k onuru ve insan\u0131n de\u011feri ile erkeklerin ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n haklar bak\u0131m\u0131ndan e\u015fitli\u011fine olan inanc\u0131n\u0131 yeniden teyit etti\u011fini kaydederek,<br \/>\n\u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Evrensel Bildirisi\u2019nin ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n kabul edilemezli\u011fi prensibini teyit etti\u011fini ve b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar\u0131n onurlar\u0131 ve haklar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan e\u015fit ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr do\u011fduklar\u0131n\u0131 ve herkesin cinsiyete dayanan ayr\u0131m da dahil, bu Bildiri\u2019de yer alan hi\u00e7bir ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa tabi tutulmaks\u0131z\u0131n haklara ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklere sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ilan etmi\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131 kaydederek,<br \/>\n\u0130nsan Haklar\u0131na dair Uluslararas\u0131 S\u00f6zle\u015fmelere Taraf olan Devletlerin, erkeklere ve kad\u0131nlara ekonomik, sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, ki\u015fisel ve siyasal haklardan yararlanmalar\u0131 konusunda e\u015fit haklar sa\u011flama y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc alt\u0131nda bulundu\u011funu kaydederek,<br \/>\nBirle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler ve onun uzman kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6zetiminde meydana getirilen uluslararas\u0131 S\u00f6zle\u015fmelerin erkekler ve kad\u0131nlar aras\u0131nda hak e\u015fitli\u011fi sa\u011flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dikkate alarak,<br \/>\nBirle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler ve onun uzman kurulu\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilen kararlar\u0131n, bildirilerin ve tavsiye kararlar\u0131n\u0131n erkekler ve kad\u0131nlar aras\u0131nda hak e\u015fitli\u011fi sa\u011flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydederek,<br \/>\nAncak bu gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli belgelere ra\u011fmen, kad\u0131nlara kar\u015f\u0131 ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n yayg\u0131n bir \u015fekilde devam etmesinden kayg\u0131 duyarak,<br \/>\nKad\u0131nlara kar\u015f\u0131 ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n hak e\u015fitli\u011fi ve insanl\u0131k onuruna sayg\u0131 prensiplerini ihlal etmesinin, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n erkeklerle e\u015fit bir bi\u00e7imde \u00fclkenin siyasal, sosyal, ekonomik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ya\u015fam\u0131na kat\u0131lmalar\u0131na bir engel olu\u015fturdu\u011funu, toplumun ve ailenin refah d\u00fczeyinin artmas\u0131na mani oldu\u011funu ve \u00fclkelerinin ve insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n hizmetinde bulunan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yeteneklerini tam olarak geli\u015ftirmelerini daha da g\u00fc\u00e7le\u015ftirdi\u011fini ak\u0131lda tutarak,<br \/>\nYoksulluk i\u00e7inde bulunan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yiyecek, sa\u011fl\u0131k, e\u011fitim, \u00f6\u011fretim ve i\u015f imkanlar\u0131 ile di\u011fer ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamada yeterli imkan\u0131 bulamamalar\u0131ndan kayg\u0131 duyarak,<br \/>\nHakkaniyet ve adalet esaslar\u0131na dayanan yeni uluslararas\u0131 ekonomik d\u00fczenin, erkekler ile kad\u0131nlar aras\u0131nda e\u015fitli\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131na do\u011fru \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde katk\u0131da bulunaca\u011f\u0131na inanarak,<br \/>\nApartheid\u2019in, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, kolonicili\u011fin, yeni kolonicili\u011fin, sald\u0131rganl\u0131\u011f\u0131n, yabanc\u0131 i\u015fgalinin, bir Devlet \u00fczerinde egemenlik kurman\u0131n ve i\u00e7 i\u015flerine kar\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n, erkeklerin ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n haklardan tam olarak yararlanmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in esas oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak,<br \/>\nUluslararas\u0131 bar\u0131\u015f ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesinin, uluslararas\u0131 gerilimin giderilmesinin, sosyal ve ekonomik sistemleri ne olursa olsun b\u00fct\u00fcn Devletler aras\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011fi yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n, genel ve tam bir silahs\u0131zlanmaya gidilmesinin, \u00f6zellikle s\u0131k\u0131 ve etkili bir uluslararas\u0131 kontrol alt\u0131nda n\u00fckleer silahs\u0131zlanman\u0131n, \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda adalet, e\u015fitlik ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 menfaat prensiplerinin kabul edilmesinin ve yabanc\u0131 ve koloni hakimiyeti ve yabanc\u0131 i\u015fgali alt\u0131ndaki halklar\u0131n self-determinasyon ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k haklar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131makla beraber ulusal egemenli\u011fe ve \u00fclke b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne sayg\u0131 g\u00f6stermenin, toplumsal ilerlemeyi ve geli\u015fmeyi sa\u011flay\u0131p bunun sonucu olarak erkekler ile kad\u0131nlar aras\u0131nda tam bir e\u015fitli\u011fe ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 teyit ederek,<br \/>\nBir \u00fclkenin b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle
