{"id":1370,"date":"2016-01-07T11:26:58","date_gmt":"2016-01-07T09:26:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/insanveinsan.org\/?p=1370"},"modified":"2018-04-09T22:56:46","modified_gmt":"2018-04-09T19:56:46","slug":"fabrika-calisanlarinin-is-memnuniyetini-etkileyen-etmenler","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.insanveinsan.org\/en\/fabrika-calisanlarinin-is-memnuniyetini-etkileyen-etmenler\/","title":{"rendered":"Factors Affecting Job Satisfaction of Factory Workers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Abstract: <\/strong> The purpose of this study is to measure work satisfaction of workers employed at waste recycling factories in Kocaeli-Izmit center by Minnesota Satisfaction Scale and to examine the extent to which it is predicted with demographic variables including age, gender, marital status, level of education, total income, rank, working hours, managership, selection of job, suitability for work, commitment to work, night duties, managership and meeting of personal needs. The study was attended by 150 workers chosen with easy access sampling method in Izmit province in 2013, but data collection tools were returned by 67 workers. Democratic information gathering form and Minnesota job satisfaction scale was applied to the participants and frequency distribution and unilateral variance analysis was applied for analysing the data.<br \/>\nAs a result of the conducted analysis, significant difference was not found (P > 0,05) as per the dimensions of age, gender, marital status, education level, total income, rank, working hours and managership of those in the sample but significant difference was found (P < 0,05) as per status, job selection, suitability for work, commitment to work, night duties, meeting personal needs. Accordingly, job satisfaction of those employees who choose their job not based on conditions but with their free will, who think that the job is suitable for them, those who think that they are committed o their job and those who have no night duties is found to be higher. In addition, the job satisfaction of personnel whose personal needs such as catering and clothing are met by the workplace is found to be higher compared to the otherwise. As regards statute variable, job satisfaction of workers employed at administrative works (X=3,14) is found to be lower than administrative and technical employees (X=3,99). Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara, Demokratik Bilgi Toplama Formu ve Minnesota \u0130\u015f Doyum \u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fi uygulanm\u0131\u015f, verilerin analizi i\u00e7in frekans da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve tek y\u00f6nl\u00fc varyans analizi kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nYap\u0131lan analizler sonucunda, \u00f6rnekleme girenlerin ya\u015f, cinsiyet, medeni durum, e\u011fitim d\u00fczeyi, toplam gelir, k\u0131dem, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saati ve y\u00f6neticilik boyutlar\u0131na ve bu boyutlar\u0131n genel ortalamas\u0131na g\u00f6re anlaml\u0131 fark bulunamam\u0131\u015f (P > 0,05) ancak stat\u00fc, i\u015f se\u00e7imi, i\u015f uygunlu\u011fu, i\u015fe ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k, gece n\u00f6beti, ki\u015fisel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 boyutlar\u0131n\u0131n genel ortalamas\u0131na g\u00f6re anlaml\u0131 fark bulunmu\u015ftur (P < 0,05). Buna g\u00f6re i\u015f doyumu; i\u015fini ko\u015fullar gere\u011fi de\u011fil de kendi iste\u011fi ile se\u00e7enlerde, i\u015finin kendisine uygun oldu\u011funu, i\u015fine ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen ve gece n\u00f6beti olmayan personelde daha y\u00fcksek bulunmu\u015ftur. Ayr\u0131ca yemek ve giyim gibi ki\u015fisel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u015fyeri taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanan personelin i\u015f doyumu, kar\u015f\u0131lanmayanlara g\u00f6re y\u00fcksektir. Stat\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fkeninde ise, idari i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan personelin (X=3,14) i\u015f doyumlar\u0131, idare ve teknik elemandan (X=3,99) daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bulunmu\u015ftur.
