<\/p>\n

Abstract: <\/strong> This article points out the importance of considering the two current forms of violence in the political arena into a common base: violence in the form of sovereign power operating under security state or biopower practices and violence in the form of uncompromising\/fundamentalist political movements scraped to the political arena. The article draws attention to the limited conception of politics in liberalism that causes two forms of violence. Liberalism is dealt with socio-political conflicts in the framework of the principle of pluralism. Therefore cannot develop a political conception of space required by the socio-political antagonism. As a result of this it either thrown to the security state or settles a conception of formal democracy that postpones permanently disputed problems. This case, considered under the shadow of violence, sheds light on the fact that liberal democracy has the ontological bounds especially considered in terms of of political democracy.<\/p>\n

\u00d6zet: <\/strong> Bu makale siyasal alanda \u015fiddetin iki g\u00fcncel formunu k\u00f6ken birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmenin \u00fczerinde duruyor: G\u00fcvenlik devleti ya da biyoiktidar gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcmler alt\u0131nda i\u015fleyen egemen iktidar formundaki \u015fiddet bi\u00e7imi ve uzla\u015fmaz\/k\u00f6ktenci siyasi hareketler \u015feklinde siyasal alana kaz\u0131nan \u015fiddet bi\u00e7imleri. Makale her iki \u015fiddet bi\u00e7imini birbirine ba\u011flayan ortak bir temel olarak liberalizmin siyaset tasavvurunun s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Liberalizm siyasal toplumsal ihtilaflar\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fulculuk ilkesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131; toplumsal-siyasal antagonizman\u0131n gerektirdi\u011fi bir siyasal alan tasavvuru geli\u015ftiremedi\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ya g\u00fcvenlik devletine savruluyor ya da ihtilafa konu olan sorunlar\u0131 talile\u015ftirerek s\u00fcrekli olarak erteleyen bi\u00e7imsel bir demokrasi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla yetiniyor. Bu durum, \u015fiddet sorununun g\u00f6lgesi alt\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, liberal demokrasinin asl\u0131nda siyasal bir demokrasi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ontolojik s\u0131n\u0131rlara sahip oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n
