Although scientists have difficulty to develop a common description to ethical concept, it is observed that ideas surfacing on this matter gather around \u201cprinciples, values and standards system explaining and defining how individuals behave correctly\u201d.<br \/>\nHealth is leading among areas where human behaviors have to be \u201crighteous\u201d depending on certain values, principles and standards. Concept which we could generalized as health ethic focuses on the matter of what a health professional should and should not do when doing a research in a related area or practicing their profession and how to solve a problem encountered in a certain situation. Developments experienced in health sector lead to facing some ethic dilemma during service rendering by health professional, and as a result ethic problems may surface.<br \/>\nIn this paper, in order to offer a remedy to ethic dilemma and ethic problems encountered during service rendering by health professionals, information will be given on empirical applications. In this context, primarily information will be presented about ethical and health ethics concepts, and subsequently the effect of health ethics models on ethic dilemma will be addressed and finally significance of empiric ethic studies and ethic consultancy service in the ethical framework of health services will be emphasized.<br \/>\n<strong>Keywords:<\/strong> Ethics, health ethics, empirical ethics.<\/p>\n<h1>Sa\u011fl\u0131k Hizmetlerinde Etik \u0130kilemlerde Ampirik Etik \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n Yararlar\u0131<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00d6zet:<\/strong> \u0130nsan davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n temel ahlaki de\u011ferlere uygunlu\u011fu anlam\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan etik; bilim, teknoloji, e\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k, \u00e7evre, medya, hukuk, y\u00f6netim ve siyaset gibi \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir alanda farkl\u0131 anlamlar y\u00fcklenen multidisipliner bir kavram olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Bilim insanlar\u0131 etik kavram\u0131na ortak bir tan\u0131m geli\u015ftirmekte zorlansa da, bu konuda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin \u201cbireylerin do\u011fru olarak nas\u0131l davranaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayan ve tan\u0131mlayan ilkeler, de\u011ferler ve standartlar sistemi\u201d etraf\u0131nda topland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<br \/>\n\u0130nsan davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n belirli de\u011fer, ilke ve standartlara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u201cdo\u011fru\u201d olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi alanlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131k gelmektedir. Sa\u011fl\u0131k eti\u011fi olarak genelle\u015ftirebilece\u011fimiz kavram, bir sa\u011fl\u0131k profesyonelinin ilgili alanda ara\u015ft\u0131rma yaparken veya mesle\u011fini icra ederken genel olarak neleri yapmas\u0131 ve neleri yapmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi konusuna ve belirli bir durumda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir sorunu nas\u0131l \u00e7\u00f6zmesi gerekti\u011fi konusuna odaklanmaktad\u0131r. Sa\u011fl\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmeler sa\u011fl\u0131k profesyonellerinin hizmet sunumu s\u0131ras\u0131nda birtak\u0131m etik ikilemlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmalar\u0131na yol a\u00e7makta ve bunun sonucunda etik problemler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilmektedir.<br \/>\nBu makalede sa\u011fl\u0131k profesyonellerinin hizmet sunumu s\u0131ras\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 etik ikilemlere ve etik problemlere \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm getirebilmek ad\u0131na ampirik etik uygulamalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi verilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.
