The right of refugees have been limited to the initiative of the states in international conventions which are inspired by Kantian peace theory. Nowadays, when we look at sovereign states, it is seen that they are limiting international law and passing laws and regulations preventing refugees from crossing borders. Turkey, which is a party of Geneva Convention with the condition of the geographical restriction, has also provided restrictions on the asylum law and policy. The temporary protection regulation for Syrian refugees is regulated for the principle temporariness and urgent needs of refugees. Derrida, tries to experience a way instead of the law and politics that care of interests of states that are far from human rights, questions how laws and policies can be made more hospitable. \u0130n this contect, he deconstructs the concept of hospitality and reveals the aporetic, contradictory and impossible structure of the concept. Considering Derrida\u2019s concept of hospitality, the discourse of hospitality regarding Syrian refugees involves controversy, temporariness, and impression of enemy and invader. Hence, the discourse creates a division between \u201cus and them\u201d, which is visible in the press and public opinion. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde egemen devletlere bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda uluslararas\u0131 hukuku s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 ve m\u00fcltecilerin s\u0131n\u0131rdan ge\u00e7mesini engelleyen yasa ve y\u00f6netmelikler \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Cenevre S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019ne co\u011frafi k\u0131s\u0131tlama \u015fart\u0131yla taraf olan T\u00fcrkiye de iltica yasas\u0131 ve politikas\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar koymu\u015ftur. Suriyeli m\u00fcltecilere y\u00f6nelik ge\u00e7ici koruma y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi ge\u00e7icilik ve m\u00fcltecilerin acil ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 esas\u0131 \u00fczerinden d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. Bu \u015fekilde insan haklar\u0131ndan uzak, devletlerin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zeten yasa ve politikalar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir yol deneyimlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Derrida, ko\u015fulsuzlu\u011fu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak yasa ve politikalar\u0131n daha nas\u0131l misafirperver yap\u0131labilece\u011fine dair sorgulamada bulunmu\u015ftur. Bu ba\u011flamda misafirperverlik kavram\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131s\u00f6k\u00fcme u\u011fratm\u0131\u015f, kavram\u0131n aporetik, \u00e7eli\u015fik ve imkans\u0131z yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymu\u015ftur. Derrida\u2019n\u0131n misafirperverlik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinden yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda Suriyeli m\u00fcltecilere y\u00f6nelik misafirlik s\u00f6yleminin i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7eli\u015fki, ge\u00e7icilik, d\u00fc\u015fman ve istilac\u0131 imgesi, \u201cbiz\u201d ve \u201conlar\u201d ayr\u0131m\u0131 gazete haberlerinde ve toplum alg\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00f6zlenebilmi\u015ftir.
