Abstract: <\/strong> The claim that trade union rights are gained thanks to military-bureaucratic-intellectual elites instead of labour movement and trade unions after 1960 has been occupying a large place in labour relations and labour history literature. Even if the general tendency in this matter is to ignore the role of labour movement, this consideration does not seem right. The issue is worth analysing with other dimensions. Attempts to start labour struggle history in Turkey from the 1960\u2019s mean that the rising struggles of these times were only related to the constitution and laws. Such a thought will lead to ignore all struggles happened before 1960\u2019s on the one hand and the development process of social life with multidimensional and multidirectional perspectives on the other. This study investigates labour class union accumulation and its contribution to the process by evaluating the main labour movements in the time of recognition of trade union laws with right to strike in Turkey with 1961 constitution.<\/p>\n

\u00d6z: <\/strong> 1960 sonras\u0131 yasala\u015fan sendikal haklar\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i hareketinin ve sendikalar\u0131n bir katk\u0131s\u0131 olmadan, asker-b\u00fcrokrat-ayd\u0131n elitlerin \u00e7abalar\u0131yla sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ili\u015fkileri ve emek tarihi yaz\u0131n\u0131nda geni\u015f bir yer tutmaktad\u0131r. Bu konudaki genel e\u011filim haklar\u0131n olu\u015fum s\u00fcrecinde i\u015f\u00e7i hareketinin rol\u00fcn\u00fc yok saymak bi\u00e7iminde \u015fekillenmi\u015f olsa da kan\u0131m\u0131zca b\u00f6yle bir de\u011ferlendirme eksik kalacakt\u0131r. Konu di\u011fer boyutlar\u0131yla birlikte incelemeye de\u011ferdir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yayg\u0131n olarak tercih edilen, i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 m\u00fccadelesini veya birikimini 1960\u2019lardan ba\u015flatma e\u011filimi, o tarihte y\u00fckselen m\u00fccadelenin yaln\u0131zca Anayasa ve yasalarla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek anlam\u0131na gelir. B\u00f6yle bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce 1960 \u00f6ncesi birikimi yok saymaya, dahas\u0131 toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n \u00e7ok fakt\u00f6rl\u00fc, \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc ve \u00e7ok d\u00fczeyli geli\u015fim s\u00fcrecini ihmal etmeye yol a\u00e7acakt\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 1961 Anayasas\u0131 ile anayasal g\u00fcvenceye kavu\u015fturulan grevli toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli sendikal haklar\u0131n yasala\u015fma a\u015famas\u0131nda (1960-1963) ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen belli ba\u015fl\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7i eylemleri incelenerek, i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n eylemlilik birikimi ve s\u00fcrece olan katk\u0131lar\u0131 ortaya konmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n
