Abstract: <\/strong> This study focuses on regulatory, permitting and supervisory agencies working in the supervision of radio and television broadcasting services in EU countries, such as Germany, France, England and Italy, leading many other European Union (EU) countries in this area. The study examines this by not neglecting to address the tasks and powers of the supervisory authority and the current supervisory system in the countries, and revealing their knowledge in the literature on them. The aim of the study focused on the supervising of audiovisual media services is to demonstrate how radio and television broadcasting services in the four major countries of Europe are audited in the framework of the recent legislative arrangements. In this context, the study will contribute both to the update of relevant literature in our country and to future researches related to this topic. It is thought that it is necessary to handle the work together with the EU\u2019s audiovisual policy. Because there is a linear relationship between EU policies and the field of audiovisual broadcasting that affects each other.<\/p>\n

\u00d6z: <\/strong> Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, bir\u00e7ok alanda di\u011fer Avrupa Birli\u011fi (AB) \u00fclkelerine \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck eden Almanya, Fransa, \u0130ngiltere ve \u0130talya gibi AB \u00fclkelerinde radyo ve televizyon yay\u0131n hizmetlerinin denetiminde g\u00f6rev yapan d\u00fczenleyici, izin verici ve denetleyici kurulu\u015flar \u00fczerinde durulmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, bunu, \u00fclkelerdeki mevcut denetim sistemi ile denetleyici otoritenin g\u00f6rev ve yetkilerine de\u011finmeyi ihmal etmeden ve onlar \u00fczerine literat\u00fcrdeki bilgi birikimini ortaya koyarak incelemektedir. G\u00f6rsel-i\u015fitsel medya hizmetlerinin denetimine yo\u011funla\u015fan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n amac\u0131, yap\u0131lan son yasal d\u00fczenlemeler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, radyo ve televizyon yay\u0131n hizmetlerinin Avrupa k\u0131tas\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6rt \u00f6nemli \u00fclkesinde ne \u015fekilde denetlendi\u011fini ortaya koymakt\u0131r. Bu kapsamda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, hem \u00fclkemizde ilgili konudaki literat\u00fcr\u00fcn g\u00fcncellenmesine hem de konuyla ilgili ileride yap\u0131lacak ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n AB\u2019nin g\u00f6rsel-i\u015fitsel politikas\u0131 ile birlikte ele al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n da gerekli oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir. Zira, AB politikalar\u0131 ile g\u00f6rsel-i\u015fitsel yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k alan\u0131 aras\u0131nda birbirlerini etkileyen, do\u011frusal bir ili\u015fki bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n
