In terms of political parties, political advertising has an important role. Political ads aim to provide a positive impact on electorate with use of different contents, themes, visual and voice. It is known that political advertising activities are closely connected to cultural elements, which comprise a set of beliefs that include language, values and myths of a society. Hence, political advertising includes cultural elements in ad contents. In this study, it is aimed to analyze AK Party\u2019s ad called \u201cStrong Turkey with Yes\u201d published in the process of the constitutional amendment referendum via semiotic analysis. Narrative structure of that ad has been analyzed in terms of target audience, color, sound, slogan, contrasts, and signifier-signified relationship.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Keywords: <\/strong> Political communication, Political advertising, Culture.<\/p>\n<h1> Siyasal Reklamlarda K\u00fclt\u00fcrel Unsurlar\u0131n \u0130\u015flenmesi: AK Parti 2017 Referandum Reklam Filmi \u00dczerine G\u00f6stergebilimsel Bir \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcmleme <\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00d6z: <\/strong> Siyasal kampanya s\u00fcrecinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ileti\u015fim faaliyetleri aras\u0131nda yer alan siyasal reklam, se\u00e7meninin tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 etkilemeyi ve se\u00e7meni ikna etmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Siyasal partiler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan siyasal reklamc\u0131l\u0131k g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u00f6nemli bir yere sahiptir. Siyasal reklamlar farkl\u0131 i\u00e7erikler, temalar, g\u00f6rseller ve ses kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile se\u00e7men kitle \u00fczerinde olumlu etkiler sa\u011flamay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Siyasal reklamc\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetlerinin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel unsurlarla da yak\u0131n ili\u015fki i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir. K\u00fclt\u00fcr bir toplumun dilini, inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131, de\u011ferlerini, mitlerini kapsayan inan\u00e7lar b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu nedenle siyasal reklamc\u0131l\u0131k reklam i\u00e7erikleri kapsam\u0131nda k\u00fclt\u00fcrel unsurlara yer vermektedir. Bu kapsamda Anayasa De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Referandum s\u00fcrecinde televizyonda ve internette yay\u0131nlanan Adalet ve Kalk\u0131nma Partisi\u2019ne ait \u201cEvet ile G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye\u201d reklam filminin g\u00f6stergebilimsel analiz y\u00f6ntemi ile \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmesi ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
