Abstract: <\/strong> From historical point of view on Turkish politics, the discussions of alternative system of government which began with Ozal and extended to Demirel\u2019s tenure, statements made by political leaders have taken place on Media agenda. Finally, intense discussions continued during the period AK Party governement which led to the April 16 referendum. News actors and Political leaders have great influence especially on the creation of the presidential system agenda, as it is assumed that news actors are more restricted or comprehensive, positive or negative in the direction of the ideological publication line they have adopted in news covered by media organizations. In this context, based on Agenda-setting theory, period before the April 16 referendum and between October 11, 2016 and December 10, 2016, on media coverage of the presidential system discussions will be examined by content analysis method which includes qualitative and quantitative evaluation on the first pages of Sabah, H\u00fcrriyet and S\u00f6zc\u00fc newspapers.<\/p>\n

\u00d6z: <\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin siyasal tarihine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00d6zal ile ba\u015flayan, Demirel ile devam eden alternatif h\u00fck\u00fcmet sistemi tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 siyasi liderlerin yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131klamalarla medya g\u00fcndeminde yerini ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Son olarak Ak Parti H\u00fck\u00fcmeti d\u00f6neminde yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen bu tart\u0131\u015fmalarla birlikte 16 Nisan Referandumu\u2019na gidilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zellikle ba\u015fkanl\u0131k sistemi g\u00fcndeminin yarat\u0131lmas\u0131nda haber akt\u00f6rleri olarak siyasi liderlerin olduk\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fck etkiye sahip olduklar\u0131, bununla beraber medya kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n haberlerinde benimsemi\u015f olduklar\u0131 ideolojik yay\u0131n \u00e7izgisi do\u011frultusunda haber akt\u00f6rlerine daha k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 ya da kapsaml\u0131, olumlu ya da olumsuz yer verildi\u011fi varsay\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu kapsamda, g\u00fcndem belirleme kuram\u0131 temelinde 16 Nisan referandumu \u00f6ncesi, 11 Ekim 2016 -10 Aral\u0131k 2016 tarihleri aras\u0131nda ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre\u00e7te ba\u015fkanl\u0131k sistemi tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n Sabah, H\u00fcrriyet ve S\u00f6zc\u00fc gazetelerinin vitrin sayfalar\u0131na yans\u0131mas\u0131 nicel ve nitel de\u011ferlendirmeyi bar\u0131nd\u0131ran i\u00e7erik analiz y\u00f6ntemiyle incelenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
