Abstract: <\/strong> The purpose of this study is to examine whether the rigid objections made by the employers\u2019 group at the International Labor Organization Conference in 2012 on the right to strike led to a crisis the context of the International Labor Organization. For sixty years in the context of jurispurudence of ILO\u2019s superbody mechanicsm when it is thought that right to strike has been included as a part of freedom of association and at the same time, the right to collective bargaining, trade union rights and right to strike has been considered as a whole. This situation continued until 2012 ILO Conference. With a serious objection from the employers\u2019 group, the question of whether there was a crisis in the ILO regarding the right to strike began to come to the fore. This led to the questioning of the effectiveness of the ILO\u2019s superbody mechanism and at the same time the ILO\u2019s criticism of its coordination within its supervisory bodies.<\/p>\n

ILO ve denetim mekanizmalar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile olu\u015fturulan i\u00e7tihatlar ba\u011flam\u0131nda 60 y\u0131l boyunca grev hakk\u0131na, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak yer verilerek, toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme, sendika hakk\u0131 ve grev hakk\u0131 bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu i\u00e7tihatlar\u0131n, grev hakk\u0131n\u0131n uluslararas\u0131 alanda tan\u0131nmas\u0131na olan katk\u0131s\u0131 fazlad\u0131r. Bu durum ta ki 2012 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki ILO Konferans\u0131\u2019na kadar devam etmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fveren grubundan ciddi bir itiraz ile birlikte grev hakk\u0131 ile ilgili ILO\u2019da bir kriz olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorusu g\u00fcndeme gelmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu durum ILO\u2019nun denetim mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n etkinli\u011finin sorgulanmas\u0131na neden olurken ayn\u0131 zamanda ILO\u2019nun denetim organlar\u0131 i\u00e7indeki e\u015fg\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcn de ele\u015ftirilmesine yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n
