In order understand Sen\u2019s idea of justice, his critique on Rawls\u2019 theory of justice should be considered. Sen\u2019s idea of justice could be read as a critique of Rawls\u2019 theory of justice as well as a suggestion of a new approach instead. For this reason, I will explicate Sen\u2019s idea of justice through his critique on Rawls\u2019 theory of justice. Apart from that, Impartial Spectator is important concept to understand Sen\u2019s idea of justice. Adam Smith proposes the impartial spectator as the standard for moral behaviors in the Theory of Moral Sentiments\u201d. Sen\u2019s takes this notion and use it in the realm of politics for the question of justice. Sen\u2019in adalet d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi Rawls\u2019un adalet teorisinin ele\u015ftirisi ve onun yerine sunulmu\u015f yeni bir yakla\u015f\u0131m olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Bu sebepten bu makalede Amartya Sen\u2019in John Ralws ele\u015ftirisi a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131c\u0131 k\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tarafs\u0131z g\u00f6zlemci kavram\u0131 Amartya Sen\u2019in adalet teorisini anlamak i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir kavramd\u0131r. Adam Smith\u2019in Theory of Moral Sentiment adl\u0131 eserinde ahlaki davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zn standart\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen diye \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131sz g\u00f6zlemci kavram\u0131n\u0131 Amartya Sen Adam Smith\u2019ten devralarak onu farkl\u0131 bir ba\u011flamda politik alandaki adalet problemine uyarlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
