Labour migration is also related to wage differentials, the relative ease or difficulty of relocating to another country and the absence of support networks. In the world millions of workers (labour) are travelling within and outside their countries in order to get jobs, better opportunities of employment and life. According to the ILO statistics its estimated that 232 million workers are international migrants in 2015. It\u2019s been foreseen by ILO that globalization, demographic shifts, conflicts and climate change will be increasing the number of workers who will be seeking employment and security outside their countries. D\u00fcnyada milyonlarca i\u015f\u00e7i (i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc) i\u015f bulmak, istihdam ve ya\u015fam i\u00e7in daha iyi f\u0131rsatlar elde etmek amac\u0131yla kendi \u00fclkeleri i\u00e7inde ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda seyahat etmektedir. ILO istatistiklerine g\u00f6re, 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda 232 milyon i\u015f\u00e7inin uluslararas\u0131 g\u00f6\u00e7men oldu\u011fu tahmin ediliyor. ILO taraf\u0131ndan, k\u00fcreselle\u015fme, demografik de\u011fi\u015fimler, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin, \u00fclkeleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda istihdam ve g\u00fcvenlik arayan i\u015f\u00e7ilerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
