In this study, Islamic Revolution will be discussed in relation to the example of Iranian Revolution. First, we will look at the discussions regarding the question of \u201cwhat is revolution\u201d and we will focus on the issue of how the concept is used both within the literature of social sciences and within Islamic sources. After making a definition of Islamic Revolution with reference to these discussions, Iranian Revolution will be analyzed both as continuity and as rupture. Islamic Revolution in this study refers to the faith that justice, soon or late, will become a fact as a reflection of Allah\u2019s name, al-Adl. And from this perspective, Iranian Revolution, a unique example of the radical and rapid change in the 20th century, has left an indelible mark.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px\"><strong>Keywords: <\/strong> Revolution, Iran, Islamic Revolution, Islam.<\/p>\n<h1> \u0130slam\u00ee Devrim Nedir?: 1979 \u0130ran \u00d6rne\u011fi<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px\"><strong>\u00d6z: <\/strong> \u0130ran Devrimi (1979) sosyal bilimler literat\u00fcr\u00fcnde \u201c\u0130slam\u00ee devrim\u201d ad\u0131yla an\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, \u0130slam\u00ee devrim kavram\u0131, \u0130ran Devrimi \u00f6rne\u011fiyle ili\u015fkili olarak ele al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. \u0130lk olarak devrim nedir sorusu etraf\u0131ndaki tart\u0131\u015fmalara g\u00f6z at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve kavram\u0131n hem sosyal bilimler literat\u00fcr\u00fcnde hem de \u0130slam kaynaklar\u0131nda nas\u0131l ge\u00e7ti\u011fine bak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
