The literature was reviewed and it was determined that there were no studies on the relationship between concepts in the national literature. Research hypothesis has been developed by taking into account international research findings. Data were collected from 198 employees of a manufacturing business in order to test the developed hypotheses. Sampling method and survey technique were used for data collection. Findings of hypothesis testing showed that the dimension of increasing structural job resources of the job crafting positively affects the job satisfaction of the employees. Decreasing hindering job demands, increasing social job resources, increasing challenging job demands were not significantly affected job satisfaction. As a result of general analyzes on job crafting, it was determined that job satisfaction level increased with the increase of job crafting behaviors. Therefore, it is determined that job crafting is an important premise of job satisfaction. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada literat\u00fcr taramalar\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve ulusal yaz\u0131nda kavramlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkiyi ele alan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenmi\u015ftir. Uluslararas\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma bulgular\u0131 da dikkate al\u0131narak ara\u015ft\u0131rma hipotez(ler)i geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Geli\u015ftirilen hipotezlerin testi i\u00e7in imalat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6steren bir i\u015fletmenin 198 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131ndan veriler toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Verilerin toplanmas\u0131nda kolayda \u00f6rnekleme y\u00f6ntemi ve anket tekni\u011fi kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hipotez testine ili\u015fkin bulgulardan i\u015f beceriklili\u011finin sadece yap\u0131sal i\u015f kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rma boyutunun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015f tatminini pozitif y\u00f6nde etkiledi\u011fi tespit edilmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015f beceriklili\u011finin sosyal i\u015f kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rma, merak uyand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 i\u015f taleplerini artt\u0131rma ve engelleyici i\u015f taleplerini azaltma boyutlar\u0131 i\u015f tatminini anlaml\u0131 d\u00fczeyde etkilememi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015f beceriklili\u011fine ili\u015fkin b\u00fct\u00fcnsel analizler sonucunda ise i\u015f beceriklili\u011fi davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131yla i\u015f tatmin d\u00fczeyinin de artt\u0131\u011f\u0131; dolay\u0131s\u0131yla i\u015f beceriklili\u011finin i\u015f tatmininin \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc oldu\u011fu belirlenmi\u015ftir.
