The fact that Turkey is an army-nation state and its constitutional elements are usually made of military persona created an army which should be under the order of civil government to have a supra-political position by becoming a hegemonic power on the one hand and prevented the formation of a democratic, pluralistic and civilian society on the other hand. The way the army positions itself and defines itself at the constitutional level is one of the most important reasons for the frequent occurrence of clashes in Turkey and the inability of civilians to be powerful even if they are in power. This study aimed at disclosing the ideological origins of these causes and tries to answer the question \u201cWhy do military coups take place in Turkey?\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px\"><strong>Keywords: <\/strong> Military coups, Army-politics relation, State-nation culture, Democratization, State of law.<\/p>\n<h1> T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Ordu-Siyaset \u0130li\u015fkileri ve Askeri Darbelerin \u0130deolojik K\u00f6kenleri <\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px\"><strong>\u00d6z: <\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ordu-siyaset ili\u015fkileri ve bu ili\u015fkilerin tarihsel, toplumsal ve ideolojik k\u00f6kenlerine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f politikadaki belirleyicili\u011fi yan\u0131nda, kendisini devletle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirmi\u015f, siyaseten toplumun \u00fczerinde konumland\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, ideolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan modernle\u015fmenin, bat\u0131l\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n ve Kemalizm\u2019in \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcstlenmi\u015f olan bir ordu profiliyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmaktay\u0131z. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bir ordu-millet devleti olmas\u0131 ve kurucu unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n genellikle askerlerden olu\u015fmas\u0131, bir yandan sivil iradenin emrinde olmas\u0131 gereken ordunun hegemonik bir g\u00fc\u00e7 haline gelerek siyaset \u00fcst\u00fc bir konuma gelmesine, di\u011fer yandan demokratik, \u00e7o\u011fulcu ve sivil bir y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131na engel olmu\u015ftur. Ordunun anayasal d\u00fczeyde kendisini konumland\u0131rma ve tan\u0131mlama bi\u00e7imi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de darbelerin s\u0131k\u00e7a ya\u015fanmas\u0131n\u0131n ve sivillerin iktidar olsalar bile muktedir olamamalar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli nedenidir.
