Abstract: <\/strong> Music is one of the areas in which the emotion and thought which have constituted the common cultural heritage of humanity that led to the development of \u201ccommunion and interactive cooperation\u201d and it is also a field of act uniting peace and freedom. However, music has functions that go beyond this function. Compliance, cooperation, harmony, reconciliation, cooperation of mind and emotion is a field of activity for keeping the common values, whereby material and meaning are produced together, and embodied as words and melodies. It has common features with politics, which is another social activity with these characteristics. Music and politics, which are among the requirements of the democratic society in contemporary states, have the potential to be two important catalysts in the development of society beyond forming a cultural indicator. Both are the areas in which the functional and cultural materials of cooperation and harmony are produced and brought into social life. Uyum, i\u015fbirli\u011fi, ahenk, uzla\u015f\u0131, akl\u0131n ve duygunun i\u015fbirli\u011fi, ortak de\u011ferleri ya\u015fatman\u0131n, madde ve manan\u0131n birlikte \u00fcretim yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131, s\u00f6z ve ezgi olarak somutla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir faaliyet alan\u0131d\u0131r. Bu \u00f6zellikleri ta\u015f\u0131yan di\u011fer bir toplumsal faaliyet olan siyaset ile ortak \u00f6zelliklere sahiptir. Siyaset hem birlikteli\u011fi hem de farkl\u0131 olmay\u0131 ortaya koyman\u0131n mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve de\u011ferlerini temsil etmektedir. \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f devletlerde demokratik toplumun gerekleri aras\u0131nda yer alan m\u00fczik ve siyaset k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bir g\u00f6sterge olu\u015fturman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde toplumun geli\u015fiminde iki \u00f6nemli kataliz\u00f6r olma potansiyeline sahiptir. Her ikisi de i\u015fbirli\u011fi ve uyumun i\u015flevsel ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel malzemelerinin \u00fcretildi\u011fi ve toplumsal hayata kazand\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanlard\u0131r.
