In today\u2019s consumer society practice, the right to life for people with health problems due to excessive consumption is at risk, as well as people who do not have the income to cover a minimum of goods and services. With the globalization process, expanding neoliberalism threatens the right of every human being to live a life worthy of dignity while the deepening inequalities rapidly transform people and their lives. The steps that need to be taken in order to take the place they deserve in the social life as individuals who can use, defend and develop the rights of the poor masses concern the human family and its future directly and closely. Thus, one of the ways to eliminate poverty permanently and for all, is to approach the issue with rights-based approach. In this study, while poverty is considered as a social problem that deepens the rights violations, the right-based approach to the fight against poverty has been tried to be evaluated in terms of education, work, development and resistance rights which are considered to have a determining and functional effect in the neoliberal transformation process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px\"><strong>Keywords: <\/strong> Poverty, Human rights, Right based approach.<\/p>\n<h1> Yoksullu\u011fa Hak Temelli Yakla\u015f\u0131m <\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px\"><strong>\u00d6z: <\/strong> Yoksulluk insanca ya\u015fama hakk\u0131n\u0131n ihlalidir ve varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u2018kal\u0131c\u0131 e\u015fitsizliklerin\u2019 korunmas\u0131 ile s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcr. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz t\u00fcketim toplumu prati\u011finde asgari bir mal-hizmet sepetini kar\u015f\u0131layacak gelire sahip olmayan insanlar\u0131n oldu\u011fu gibi, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 t\u00fcketim nedeniyle sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 ya\u015fayan insanlar\u0131n da ya\u015fam hakk\u0131 risk alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. K\u00fcreselle\u015fme s\u00fcreci ile etki alan\u0131 geni\u015fleyen neoliberalizm insanlar\u0131 ve ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zla d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcrken derinle\u015fen e\u015fitsizlikler, her insan\u0131n onur ve haysiyetine yara\u015f\u0131r bir hayat s\u00fcrme hakk\u0131n\u0131 tehdit etmektedir. Yoksul kitlelerin haklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanabilen, savunabilen ve geli\u015ftirebilen bireyler olarak toplumsal ya\u015famda hak ettikleri yeri almalar\u0131 i\u00e7in at\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ad\u0131mlar insanl\u0131k ailesini ve gelece\u011fini, do\u011frudan ve yak\u0131ndan ilgilendirmektedir. \u015eu h\u00e2lde yoksullu\u011fu herkes i\u00e7in ve kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak ortadan kald\u0131rabilmenin yollar\u0131ndan biri meseleye hak temelli yakla\u015fmaktan ge\u00e7mektedir.
