Abstract: <\/strong>In this study, the causal relationship between the 19 risk factors that have an effect on the years of life lost (YLL) was investigated by DEMATEL method. The relative weights of these risk factors were calculated. In this way, it is aimed to ensure the effective use of scarce resources and the effectiveness of possible measures that can be implemented by eliminating the risks that may cause harm in healthy life year. According to the findings 19 risk factors; It was divided into two groups as 10 affecting and 9 affected. Among the influencing factors, the use of addictive substances, especially alcohol, has been identified as the risk factors affected and hence the most effective factors on years of life lost. The probability of occurrence of 10 risk factors in the affected group can be largely eliminated through awareness-raising, health and administrative measures and early education.<\/p>\n

\u00d6z: <\/strong>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada The Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) y\u00f6ntemi vas\u0131tas\u0131yla kaybedilen ya\u015fam y\u0131llar\u0131 (YLL) \u00fczerinde etkili olan 19 risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fc aras\u0131ndaki neden sonu\u00e7 ili\u015fkisi ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve risk fakt\u00f6rlerinin g\u00f6receli a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu yolla, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ge\u00e7irilen ya\u015fam y\u0131l\u0131nda kay\u0131plara neden olmas\u0131 muhtemel risklerin bertaraf edilerek k\u0131t olan kaynaklar\u0131n etkin kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ve uygulamaya konulacak olas\u0131 tedbirlerin etkilili\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Elde edilen bulgulara g\u00f6re 19 risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fc; 10\u2019u etkileyen, 9\u2019u ise etkilenen olmak \u00fczere iki gruba ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Etkileyen fakt\u00f6rler i\u00e7erisinde alkol ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011fa neden olan maddelerin kullan\u0131m\u0131, etkilenen risk fakt\u00f6rleri ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kay- bedilen ya\u015fam y\u0131l\u0131 \u00fczerinde en fazla etkiye neden olan fakt\u00f6rler olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Etkileyen grubunda yer alan 10 risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ortaya \u00e7\u0131kma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131; uygulamaya konulacak olan sa\u011fl\u0131kla ilgili ve idari tedbirler, bilin\u00e7lendirme ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015fta e\u011fitim yoluyla b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde bertaraf edilebilir.<\/p>\n
