Abstract: <\/strong> This study has endeavour to the rethinking of the transformations of culture-based entrepreneurships within Turkey\u2019s creative industries ecosystems. In the present study which is mainly based on \u201ccreative diffusions\u201d and \u201ccultural economic geography\u201d theories; the culture-based entrepreneurships have almost been addresses the transformation process of knowledge based societies in Turkey. In the very close history of capitalism, culture-based entrepreneurship has emerged more than the meaning of solely commercial entrepreneurships, in this sense, this study aims to address an important component of Turkey\u2019s innovation network, Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir where the cities represent different sections of Turkey\u2019s creative ecosystem, has been chosen as the extent of the investigation. Istanbul, as well as being the European Capital in 2010, the UNESCO creative cities to take part in the design of the city\u2019s network of Ankara, Turkey\u2019s capital is in addition to the information technology field of creative urban transformation plan in Izmir with stand in for the selection of the city said provided an important justification. In the study, on the other hand, the entrepreneurship policies of UNESCO and the European Union in creative industries are evaluated through comparative policy analysis. At the end of the present study, a series of alternative governance models have offers for Turkey.<\/p>\n

Kapitalizmin yak\u0131n d\u00f6neminde, k\u00fclt\u00fcr temelli giri\u015fimcili\u011fin, ticari bir yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k olarak okunmas\u0131ndan daha \u00e7ok, \u00fclkelerin yenilik\u00e7ilik a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir bile\u015feni olarak ele almay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, Ankara, \u0130stanbul ve \u0130zmir olmak \u00fczere T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yarat\u0131c\u0131 ekosistemi i\u00e7erisinde farkl\u0131 kesitleri temsil eden \u00fc\u00e7 il, ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n uzam\u0131 olarak se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. \u0130stanbul\u2019un 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avrupa Ba\u015fkenti olmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, UNESCO yarat\u0131c\u0131 \u015fehirler a\u011f\u0131nda tasar\u0131m kenti olarak yer almas\u0131, Ankara\u2019n\u0131n ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ba\u015fkenti olmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bilgi teknolojileri alan\u0131nda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ile \u0130zmir\u2019in yarat\u0131c\u0131 kente d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm planlar\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu kentlerin se\u00e7ilmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir gerek\u00e7e sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada, \u00f6te yandan, UNESCO ve Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin yarat\u0131c\u0131 end\u00fcstrilerde giri\u015fimcilik politikalar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131 siyasa analizi \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirilmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada, T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in alternatif bir dizi y\u00f6neti\u015fim \u00f6nerisi geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
