These duties and responsibilities rely on an idea, which emphasizes maximizing digital learning opportunities while minimizing potential digital risks for children and youth. That is because of the current context of the world, in which digitalization has been an indispensable part of daily lives of all. Stating central role of digital literacy, we have inspected the notion of digitalization in relation to its effect on young people\u2019s psychosocial development and education by emphasizing the changing roles of parents\u2019 and teachers\u2019. Bu rol ve sorumluluklar\u0131n dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015f gen\u00e7 ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n dijital \u00f6\u011frenme ve geli\u015fme olanaklar\u0131ndan maksimum d\u00fczeyde faydalanmalar\u0131n\u0131 desteklerken; onlar\u0131n dijital risklerden korunmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc gelinen noktada, dijital medya ve bu ama\u00e7la kullan\u0131lan teknolojik ara\u00e7lar \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ve gen\u00e7lerin ya\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dijital okuryazarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekilerek, burada, dijitalle\u015fme olgusunun \u00e7ocuk ve gen\u00e7lerin psikososyal geli\u015fimi ve e\u011fitimine y\u00f6nelik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc etkisi, yine dijital \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n getirisi olan \u00f6\u011frenme olanaklar\u0131 ve riskler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, ebeveynlerin ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin de\u011fi\u015fen rollerine odaklan\u0131larak tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
