They breathe. Sometimes they can go into crisis. Crises can turn into new opportunities only if the people, meanings and possibilities that make up the system can work effectively. Education systems must first be built in the minds of individuals who make up the state. Since education systems constantly reproduce a society, the state, it is not possible to understand a society or a state without understanding it. E\u011fitim sistemleri \u00f6ncelikle devleti olu\u015fturan bireylerin zihinlerinde in\u015fa edilmelidir. Bir devlet veya toplum d\u00fczeyinde yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmeler \u00e7o\u011fu zaman e\u011fitim sistemleri dikkate al\u0131nmadan yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bu nedenle de\u011ferlendirmeler \u00e7o\u011fu zaman eksik, yanl\u0131\u015f veya b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckten yoksundur. E\u011fitim bilimciler genel anlamda e\u011fitim sistemine ve onun bir alt k\u00fcmesi olan okula odakland\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u0131kl\u0131kla \u00fclke veya toplum d\u00fczeyinde de\u011ferlendirmelere uzak kalabilirler. H\u00e2lbuki e\u011fitim sistemleri ve okullar nefeslerini i\u00e7inde bulunduklar\u0131 toplumdan al\u0131rlar ve topluma verirler. E\u011fitim sistemleri bir toplumu, devleti s\u00fcrekli yeniden \u00fcretti\u011fi i\u00e7in onu anlamadan bir toplumu veya devleti anlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Bu ama\u00e7la makale insan, okul, e\u011fitim sistemleri, toplum ve devlet ili\u015fkisini anlamaya odaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Makale alan yaz\u0131n taramas\u0131 y\u00f6ntemiyle haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
