Abstract: <\/strong> The purpose of this study was to reveal the current trends in educational policies and to draw a picture of potential future. Accordingly, a document analysis was conducted on comprehensive research and up-to-date reports mainly depending on North America and Europe settings in order to address the clich\u00e9 of \u201cmajor changes in the 21st century\u201d in the context of educational implications. As a result, it was concluded that learning in the present age should have an embodied, individual, contextual and lifelong quality and the research findings were discussed according to the basic principles of educational policy. It could be foreseen that such a paradigm shift for learning may have significant effects on innovative educational processes, learner characteristics, teacher qualifications, the educational uses and forms of technology, and measurement and evaluation. The present study was fortified with potential scenarios and implications for the transformation of educational systems.<\/p>\n

Bu kapsamda \u201c21. y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fimler\u201d kli\u015fesini e\u011fitimsel do\u011furgular\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda ele almak \u00fczere, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde Kuzey Amerika ve Avrupa temelli kapsaml\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve g\u00fcncel raporlar \u00fczerine bir dok\u00fcman incelemesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. \u0130ncelemede g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u00f6\u011frenmenin somutla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, bireysel, ba\u011flamsal ve hayat boyu bir niteli\u011fe sahip olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi sonucuna ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup, elde edilen bulgular e\u011fitim politikas\u0131n\u0131n temel ilkeleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6\u011frenmeye y\u00f6nelik bu t\u00fcr bir paradigma de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin yenilik\u00e7i e\u011fitim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, \u00f6\u011frenen \u00f6zellikleri, e\u011fitimci nitelikleri, teknolojinin e\u011fitimsel kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131 ve bi\u00e7imleri ile \u00f6l\u00e7me ve de\u011ferlendirme \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemli etkileri olabilece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, e\u011fitim sistemlerinin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerine y\u00f6nelik potansiyel senaryolar ve \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlarla ilgili de\u011ferlendirmeler yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n
