Under the current context of COVID-19 outbreak, there has been nationwide school closures all around the world, and a new era in education has begun. In this period, education is expected to go through an inevitable structural change. In this paper, accordingly, we proposed to minimize and restrict the powers hold by National Ministry of Education (NME). Hence, Education and Training Policies Board would be the highest and influential authority in policy making while NME would function as an executive unit. Meanwhile, local authorities would be supported to make decisions to meet local needs. Aside the structural change, Education is in a need to obtain a new philosophical stance. Accordingly, as the main pillars of education we need to redefine the notions of school, teacher and student. In this respect, we can define school as the institution for supporting learning, teacher as a guide for students, and student as an ultimate learner who can learn from anyone at anywhere. Hence, while schools and teachers would act the roles of providing learning opportunities and regulating learning; students would perceive themselves not as instructed individuals but as autonomous learners. Therefore, in the future, schools, teachers and students would be resilient to unforeseen negative social events similar to the current pandemic conditions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px\"><strong>Keywords: <\/strong> National Ministry of Education, Education and Training Policies Board, New Education<\/p>\n<h1>Yeniden Yeni E\u011fitim Sistemi<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px\">T\u00fcrk e\u011fitim sisteminde uzun zamand\u0131r felsefi anlamda ve yap\u0131sal olarak k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yeni Korona vir\u00fcse ba\u011fl\u0131 COVID-19 hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda salg\u0131n hale gelmesi sonucunda okullar\u0131n kapanmas\u0131yla ba\u015flayan yeni d\u00f6nemde e\u011fitim sisteminin yap\u0131sal a\u00e7\u0131dan de\u011fi\u015fmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu anlamda Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n (MEB) yetkilerinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilmektedir. Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak yeni olu\u015fturulan E\u011fitim ve \u00d6\u011fretim Politikalar\u0131 Kurulu en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde bir karar merci olmak durumundad\u0131r. Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ise bir icra birimi olarak g\u00f6rev yapmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yerel otoritelerin de yerinde kararlar alabilmesinin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yap\u0131sal de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda felsefi anlamda da bir de\u011fi\u015fim olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda da okul, \u00f6\u011fretmen ve \u00f6\u011frenci gibi ana unsular\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeniden tan\u0131mlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Okul \u00f6\u011frenme i\u00e7in imk\u00e2n sunan kurum olmal\u0131; \u00f6\u011fretmen rehberlik ve y\u00f6nlendirme rol\u00fcn\u00fc de oynamal\u0131 ve \u00f6\u011frenci de okulun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda her yerde her zaman herkesten \u00f6\u011frenmelidir. Bu \u015fekilde okul ve \u00f6\u011fretmen \u00f6\u011frenme imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunan ve \u00f6\u011frenmeye y\u00f6n veren unsurlar olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmelidir. \u00d6\u011frenci de kendisini klasik anlamda hep \u00f6\u011fretilen de\u011fil \u00f6\u011frenen ki\u015filer olarak kabul etmelidir.
