Abstract: <\/strong> Turkey has experienced four \u201csuccessful\u201d military interventions in the last 60 years. The military took over in two interventions while in the other two attempts the governments were toppled. The country also experienced three failed military interventions, if we count the July 15th coup attempt and Colonel Talat Aydemir\u2019s coup attempts. Turkish Armed Forces has become an important actor in Turkish politics through military interventions. The military\u2019s political presence also over-flows to the economical life in Turkey. This study discourses the relations between the Turkish military and the capital. Therefore, the study cites the managements of various military companies that include Military\u2019s Pension Fund. This study addresses to the relations between the Turkish military and the capital. Therefore, the study reviews the managements of various military companies that include Military\u2019s Pension Fund. The paper examines the relation of Turkish Armed Forces with the Turkish politics through the weight of military to civilian personnel in the management of these companies.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrk Silahl\u0131 Kuvvetleri askeri m\u00fcdahaleler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla T\u00fcrk siyasi ya\u015fam\u0131nda etkili bir karakter olmay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ordunun siyasi hayattaki n\u00fcfuzu ekonomik hayatta da kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k-maktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada T\u00fcrk ordusu ve sermaye aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki siyasi s\u00fcre\u00e7ler d\u00e2hilinde ele al\u0131n\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada T\u00fcrk ordusu ve sermaye aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiye Ordu Yard\u0131mla\u015fma Kurumu (OYAK) ve di\u011fer askeri vak\u0131f \u015firketleri y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131 \u00fczerinden bak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u015firketlerdeki y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131ndaki emekli \u00fcst r\u00fctbeli subaylar\u0131n da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve asker\/sivil oranlar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fme \u00fczerinden T\u00fcrk Silahl\u0131 Kuvvetleri ve siyaset ili\u015fkisi incelenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
